On paid plans, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before accessing any client data — this is enforced at the server level, not just in the interface. The Team plan supports multiple clinicians under one account. The admin manages seats, roles, and billing. Roles include Admin, Supervisor, and Member.
